Help eligible legal permanent residents apply for US citizenship.

Every month we host a free citizenship clinic at a location in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. This time we are holding a MEGA event at Marlins Park with the goal of helping over 1500 applicants! We train legal and non-legal volunteers to assit in completing the application for US citizenship. This service is free to community. We also provide study materials and registration for citizenship classes to applicants.

Breakfast, Lunch, and a t-shirt will be provided to volunteers. We also provide community service hours, law school clinic hours, and pro bono hours.

Catholic Legal Services, Archdiocese of Miami, Inc. (CCLS) focuses exclusively on helping poor immigrants obtain asylum, establish legal residency, become citizens and reunite families. CCLS’ multicultural, multilingual staff help people from more than 80 different nations. As a provider of legal assistance and representation for immigrants, refugees, and impoverished people in the Archdiocese of Miami, CCLS provides a full range of immigration-related legal services, from initial advice, to assistance, to full representation, to a low-income clientele.
