Malta House of. Care mobile health clinic provides primary care to the uninsured of the greater Harford area. The van parks in 4 distinct neighborhoods where there is the most need.
The clinic needs providers to treat chronic illnesses , perform school/work physicals, or simply refill medications or give results of diagnostic testing. A volunteer must be willing to be trained on an Electronic Medical Record System (EPIC).
Volunteer providers must have an active CT professional license and DEA number.
Also need someone to enter data from medical records for grant writing purposes .

Malta House of Care is a non-profit agency providing free Primary health careservices to the uninsured of the greater Hartford area. Our volunteer staff of M.D.s, D.O.s, APRNs, PAs, nurses and EMTs deliver care from a mobile care vehicle. It is parked in four distinct neighborhoods across Hartford Monday-Thursday.

Mobile health clinic. Winnabego Van with 2 exam rooms which parks at four different churches in Hartford CT on a consistant weekly schedule.
Monday 12-5pm (St Rose, East Hartford)
Tues 2-6:30 pm (St Joseph Cathedral)
Wednesday 12-5pm (St Peter's Church)
Thursday 12-5pm (St. Augustine Church)
