Job Functions:
- Performs data entry of conference registration and other forms.
Word processing of meeting related documents
Assists in mailing brochures, documents, and meeting-related materials
Coordinates support functions including materials, photocopying, preparing meeting materials and notebooks, etc.
Maintains conference management files.
- Other administrative functions as assigned.
Work Knowledge and Experience:
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and willingness to help out where needed
- Must be self-motivated and articulate
- Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, ownership of work and be a proactive thinker.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to keep data and organizational information confidential
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Efficiency in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to continuous change
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability to be flexible and courteous regarding work assignments
