ORGANIZATION: National Youth Leadership Council

Job Functions:

  • Performs data entry of conference registration and other forms.
  • Word processing of meeting related documents

  • Assists in mailing brochures, documents, and meeting-related materials

  • Coordinates support functions including materials, photocopying, preparing meeting materials and notebooks, etc.

  • Maintains conference management files.

  • Other administrative functions as assigned.

Work Knowledge and Experience:

  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and willingness to help out where needed
  • Must be self-motivated and articulate
  • Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, ownership of work and be a proactive thinker.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to keep data and organizational information confidential
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Efficiency in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to continuous change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Ability to be flexible and courteous regarding work assignments
