The men and women who served our country (and never asked for anything in return) now need your help. One of the top issues that veterans face is the ability to make their medical appointments. If you're able to give a vet a ride, only 1X per month, it would go a long way towards that unasked for "thank you".

Sometimes the vets know weeks or even months in advance of when they need a ride. Sometimes they only have a few days notice. Whatever you can give, it will be appreciated.

Many of the trips involve driving around Bellingham and Whatcom County. Some trips may be from Bellingham (Whatcom County) to Mt Vernon (Skagit County) which is about a 25 mile one way trip.

Each week a list is sent out to volunteers indicating who needs rides and to where. If you can't give a ride that week, no problem, you simply do not respond.
