Each year, Family Care Network serves more than 1,700 children and families in our community that have been affected by trauma. To celebrate the change in seasons, those served by FCNI and our community are invited to celebrate the holidays by enjoying food, holiday crafts, family entertainment and visiting with Santa at our annual Holiday Party! The event will be on Thursday, December 3rd, at the Santa Maria Veterans Memorial Building (313 W. Tunnell St, Santa Maria).
We are looking for volunteers for the holiday party for Family Care Network in many areas (Set Up, Crafts, Food Service, Acting, Registration, Clean Up). Sign up to help out at

One way to make this celebration special is by Sponsoring a Craft. When you sponsor a craft, we will help you pick out the perfect craft to do. Then you will bring with you supplies to do with the kids, and manage the craft throughout the event.

Description
The Family Care Network, Inc. (FCNI) is a private, nonprofit children and families services provider. Established in 1987 for the purpose of creating family-based treatment programs as an alternative to group home or institutional care for children and youth, the agency now operates multiple, accredited programs designed to strengthen and preserve families and individuals. In the agency's 34 year history, we have grown to serve over 2,000 children, youth and families annually in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. FCNI values intergrity, accountability, program fidelity and outcome-based services, and is accredited by the California Alliance of Child and Family Services. At the Family Care Network, we have many opportunities for individuals, businesses and organizations to partner with us to help accomplish our mission. Partnership opportunities include: becoming a foster parent, career mentor, intern, event volunteer, or event sponsor for one of FCNI's annual fundraising events: Be the Difference, Benefit for Kids and Give Joy for the holidays.
