Mid City Redevelopment Alliance (MCRA) was founded in 1991 by General Health System, parent company to the Baton Rouge General Medical Center. MCRA is a chartered member of the NeighborWorks America network of excellence. The organization has four lines of business: 1) Home Ownership promotion, 2) Homeownership Preservation Services, 3) Community Building & Engagement, and 4) Real Pstate Development & Asset Management)
