Prepare a home-cooked meal to a family in the Family Empowerment Program. This meal can be either hot (ready to eat) or frozen (oven-ready). You may either deliver the meals to a family's home or to Catholic Charities office to be delivered at a later date.
These meals will be received and enjoyed by families that have recently transitioned out of homelessness. Just one meal can be huge help- Thanks for considering being involved!

Mission Statement
Family Empowerment aims to provide services at every stage of the housing-transition to families in Davidson county experiencing, or at-risk for experiencing homelessness. This includes housing navigation, case management, short-term specific volunteer support, and long-term volunteer relational support. This program is centered on the belief that a successful effort to end homelessness will include integrated efforts from professional service providers as well as from empowered members of the community.
Description
The Family Empowerment program provides social services to empower Davidson County-based families experiencing homelessness and those at risk of experiencing homelessness. Our team consists of professional case managers, service providers, and project coordinators. Among the services provided to families are housing navigation, housing-related financial assistance, case management, and social support.
