Come volunteer a few hours of your time prior to the holidays to gift wrap on behalf of the Alzheimer's Association Connecticut Chapter. Gift wrapping opportunities are available at Barnes and Noble in Stamford, CT on Saturday from 11am-8pm. Please let us know if you would like to join us and we will send you the hours we have available to volunteer. It's a great family activity too!

The Alzheimer’s Association’s mission is to eliminate Alzheimer’s Disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
Description
The Connecticut Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association depends on the commitment and dedication of its volunteers. We have a variety of opportunities to offer volunteers throughout the state of Connecticut. Volunteers help us run special events, work in our offices, deliver education and programs, act as advocates and speakers in the community, staff our helplines and run Support Groups, as examples. Our volunteers are passionate and enthusiastic members of our team without whom we could not work towards an end to the Alzheimer's disease.
