It's a Matter of Balance!
ORGANIZATION: Lyngblomsten Care Center
Please visit the new page to apply.
Do you like to be fit and help people be healthy? Would you like to help lead a group of senior citizens in an exercise class? The Matter of Balance exercise class will help strengthen muscles so that participants' balance improves and the risk of falling is decreased. Each class is led by two people and the leaders are thoroughly trained in a two day Matter of Balance training. All cost for the training is paid for by Lyngblomsten.
The Matter of Balance classes take place on Thursday mornings.
To register for a volunteer orientation or for more information, please contact Lana at lwestern@lyngblomsten.org or 651-632-5406.
