Join the growing team of Caring Hospice Patient Visit Volunteers who share precious time and comfort with patients, providing companionship and a social outlet in their homes, which may be in an Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Facility. Caring Hospice Volunteers bring smiles to the patients and their family members as they interact with them in an activity they enjoy such as reading, watching a movie or ball game, taking a walk or engaging in conversation.
Do you have some time to share with a dying patient? Speak another language? Our patients smile even wider as you converse with them in their first language!

Mission Statement
Caring Hospice is a unique, holistic and cost effective service designed to meet the social, emotional, spiritual and physical needs of our patients and families as they face terminal illness. Our mission is to coordinate patient and family services while respecting their choices, values and beliefs.
Description
"Life is for living." Caring Hospice has been providing hospice services since 1997. We are passionate about our mission to bring comfort and relief into the lives of those who need it most. Our experience in dealing with end of life issues has molded our unique care approach. Because it is an approach, not a place, hospice care can be provided at home, at an assisted living facility, at a long term care setting, or at a hospital.
