These easy to make pillowcases are a unique way to say thank you our hospice patients who have served our country. Patterns available, must provide own materials (many local stores will donate if asked). This is an easy, beginnner sewing project.

Description
For over 40 years we have provided compassionate care to those we serve during the end of life's journey. As a leader in hospice care our dedicated staff feel called to support our patients. Our spiritual care staff work with many local faith organizations to deliver spiritually oriented hospice care to patients of all faiths.
Our interdisciplinary team includes medical professionals, social workers, spiritual care and bereavement professionals. Our dedicated volunteers provide companionship, pet and music therapy, personalized notes and reflection pages as well as special event support.
