Like simple wood working projects? Looking for groups or individuals to help make Veteran recognition flag holders to give to our hospice patients. Pattern and photos available. These easy small wood blocks are made to hold a small flag and have a magnet on back side to attach to the door frame of our patients. Great project for boy scouts or any other group to help recognize the service our veteran patients have given our country!

Description
For over 40 years we have provided compassionate care to those we serve during the end of life's journey. As a leader in hospice care our dedicated staff feel called to support our patients. Our spiritual care staff work with many local faith organizations to deliver spiritually oriented hospice care to patients of all faiths.
Our interdisciplinary team includes medical professionals, social workers, spiritual care and bereavement professionals. Our dedicated volunteers provide companionship, pet and music therapy, personalized notes and reflection pages as well as special event support.
