Join us for our Anuual Stop Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes at the Rosa Parks Circle in Downtown Grand Rapids! We need volunteers to staff our registration tables, greet participants, set up and breakdown, and staff the ADA booth store! All volunteers receive a Volunteer t-shirt and free food!

We would love to have you join us! Please specifiy which positiion you would like to serve;

_______Friday Set-Up Times vary, we will contact you to schedule

Event Day Set-Up 6:30 am

Unload and set up supplies, put up banners and signs, prepare rest areas, etc.

Volunteer/Vendor Hospitality 6:30 am - 8:30am

Check-in volunteers and vendors

Pre-Event Greeters 6:30 am - 8:30am

Greet walkers and direct them to registration

Event Registration 7:00 am--9:30am

Check in walkers

T-Shirts 7:30 am--10:30am

Distribute walker t-shirts

Breakfast 7:00 am--10:00am

Set-up and serve breakfast to walkers

Rest Stop 8:00 am--10:00am

Finish-Line 9:30am - 10:30am

Cheer on walkers as they cross the finish-line

Clean up 9am - 11am

Keep areas clean, break down tables/chairs and reload truck

Please assign me to the area needing the most

assistance!
