Provide leadership in the area of Human Resources to the Board of Directors and partner strategically with the Library Director in all areas related to Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
-Define HR practices and policies for ACLA, ensuring alignment with WCCLS libraries -Partner with Library Director to appropriately address HR issues -Partner with Library Director to define future staffing model, job descriptions, and hiring plans in place as we grow ACLA -Define annual performance goal setting and review process for ACLAMore opportunities with Aloha Community Library Association

Description
Aloha Community Library Association opened our nonprofit, volunteer-run library in September 2012. The library has become a community gathering place for checking out materials, children's storytime, and educational and entertaining programs for all ages.
