Youth Employment Service (YES) is seeking volunteers for the Mock Interview Program to help youth establish a career platform through constructive feedback in the one-on-one interview process. This is a great experience to affect positive change in the youth of our community.

YES is a nonprofit based in Costa Mesa. Our mission is to support the community by enabling Orange County youth and young adults to secure and maintain meaningful employment. We offer programs that help young people improve their self-esteem, employability, career choices, financial/personal self-sufficiency, and quality of life.

Requirements:

• must be over 18
• must enjoy working with youth
• must be dressed professionally for the event
• previous interviewing experience preferred
• business professionals preferred

WHEN?

Mock Interviews are held at the YES Office in Costa Mesa every Wednesday and Thursday in appointments of 45 minutes each:

• 3:00-3:45pm
• 3:45-4:30pm
• 4:30-5:15pm
• 5:15-6:00pm
