Volunteers needed to help sort and organize clothing closet
Lift Up Atlanta providing clothing, shoes, household goods etc to families in need. This is only possible through volunteers and supporters like YOU.
We need volunteers to come out and help sort, categorize and organize all items in our 2 storage bins for our next clothing closet open house.
We are asking volunteers to bring storage bins to place items in - minimum size requested is a 18 gallon bin. Whatever you have to donate will be greatly appreciated.
This is an outdoor event so please dress appropriately.
Please park across the street at church or strip mall.

Our goal is to provide supportive services to homeless women and children and partner with the community at large to help better their lives.
Lift Up Atlanta, Inc. is a volunteer organization that provides basic care, recreational activities, hot meal programs etc. for homeless women and children. We also help feed the hungry with food drives and providing meals.
We partner with other non profit organizations to provide toys at Christmas, seasonal food baskets, furniture move-ins for the homeless, summer lunch programs for kids, back packs/school supplies for kids etc..
Our ultimate goal is provide transitional housing for homeless women and children and a resource center so that they can get all the services that they need to empower them to have a much better life.
