We want to make Western Ave. cleaner, walkable and friendly! The trash and bulky items along that corridor creates blight and it's time we do something about it. We have a large community of senior citizens and could use capable volunteers to help tidy-up Western Ave. and get occupants to pledge to keet it that way.
Please join the office of Councilman Marqueece Harris-Dawson, the Empowerment Congress Southwest Area Neighborhood Development Council, neighbors, family and friends in re-igniting Western Ave!
Meet us at the staging area, St. Andrews Park, near the basketball courts. Gloves, tools, beverages and refreshments will be provided.
