Position: Special Events Assistant or Event Set-Up
(Need a total of 10 volunteers)
Reports to: Event Coordinator
Summary of Position: Assist with setting up for the event the day before or Assist staff during the FABULOUS Dining with the Stars event to ensure a smoothly run function where everyone can enjoy themselves!
Primary Job Duties:
- Assist with set up and clean up of the event
- Assist Staff with a variety of job duties.
- Help with registering guests and greeting them as they enter the event.
Special Requests:
- All staff/volunteers will need to wear a plain black shirt (themed badges will be supplied).

Is your talent in planning special events? Participate in the Legacy of HOPE, Treasure Hunters, Don and Helen Murphy Memorial Golf Tournament, Dining with the stars Celebrity Chef Gala or a variety of other events.
