The Children’s Museum of Denver Guest Services Ambassador will create a sparkling, lasting first impression for our Museum guests by engaging them in the Admissions area. Guest Services Ambassador will provide maps and general Museum information, share information about our upcoming events, offer friendly smiles and more!
Reports to: Manager of Guest Services
Position Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Provide information, directions and answers to questions regarding the Museum and its programs as they enter and leave Museum
- Takes ownership of lobby area to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Supports Museum safety policies
- Consults Guest Services Associates for assistance as needed
- Ensure in and out flow of museum guests by providing hand stamps
- Respond to scheduling inquiries in a timely manner
