Join us at The Children’s Museum of Denver’s sparkling new gift shop as a Museum Gift Shop Assistant. The gift shop carries fun and educational products unique to our mission of learning through play. Help gift shop sales by encouraging play, assist members and guests, help select new inventory, restock and merchandise items, assist with inventory counts and more.
Reports to: Manager of Guest Services
Position Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Provide a fun, friendly and engaging gift shop experience for the Museums members and guests
- Assist with selecting, ordering, receiving, pricing and merchandising gift shop products
- Maintain a clean and organized gift shop
- Assist with conducting inventory counts as needed
- Welcome, assist and provide product knowledge to members and guests in gift shop
- Respond to scheduling inquiries in a timely manner
