Adult volunteers are needed weekday mornings or afternoons to perform a variety of light office duties including:
Presenting a welcoming and professional image to visitors.Answering telephones and monitoring voice-mail for a multi-line phone system.
Utilizing the public address system, intercom and radio to page appropriate staff.
Perform light office duties such as making photocopies and sending faxes.
Prepare mailings.
Distribute mail and special delivery packages.
Assist staff in additional tasks as needed.
Scheduling is flexible, but we are seeking a minimum of one four hour shift per week.Mornings, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Afternoons, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
