Looking for individuals to visit hospice patients 1-3 times a month. We support patients in Cook, DuPage, Kane, & Will Counties.

We are also looking for volunteers to help with clerical/ administrative duties in our Lombard office. For more information about our company please visit our website cchnet.net. Compassionate Care Hospice is a community-based organization committed to providing the highest quality hospice care to patients, their families and close friends. We care for the terminally ill patients with a wide range of illnesses including cancer, advanced cardiac disorders, advanced neurological disorders, AIDS, ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease), Multiple Sclerosis and any end stage disease. At Compassionate Care we are committed to quality of life, which enables patients to remain in the comfort and privacy of their own homes, with their loved ones. Our Hospice Team

Hospice Care is delivered by a team of professionals and volunteers. Under the direction of the patient's physician and our hospice medical director, the team follows a personalized plan of physical, emotional and spiritual care. The hospice plan is continually reviewed and adapted to meet the patient's changing needs.
