Looking for individuals to visit hospice patients 1-3 times a month. We support patients in Cook, DuPage, Kane, & Will Counties.
We are also looking for volunteers to help with clerical/ administrative duties in our Lombard office. For more information about our company please visit our website cchnet.net. Our Hospice Team
Hospice Care is delivered by a team of professionals and volunteers. Under the direction of the patient's physician and our hospice medical director, the team follows a personalized plan of physical, emotional and spiritual care.
