The NJ Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and organized volunteer to serve as our receptionist 2 days a week. Flexible scheudling is available for this position and will be discussed.
- answering phones & greeting any guests
- basic computer skills needed for light computer work (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
- event, meeting, and program preparation as needed (stuffing folders, making packets, name tags, etc.)
- mailings
- staying organized
- other administrative tasks as needed
An interview will be conducted.
