Wings of Grace is in need of Volunteers to assist us. Tuesdays-Wednesdays 1:30-4:30 p.m. On these days we: process incoming donations, make hygiene bags, make grocery bags, wrapping gifts for events, separating and sizing of clothing items, some outside grounds work, and get the Center ready to receive clients on Thursdays and Fridays (10:00-4:30 p.m.). We also need volunteers to assist clients shopping, continue ro process donations, and assisting with other needs. For those interested in doing outdoor work, we also have some landscaping that needs to be done!

Mission Statement
The Wings of Grace Relief Center mission is to follow Christ's command to serve others needs in a way that shows and shares Christ's love for all. Our Mission encompasses encouraging each other in our fellowship to serve the clients and to follow through on opportunities to lead others to Christ. We witness, pray, fellowship and serve those affected by the devastating April 2011 tornado or have disabilities and financial difficulties. We provide a generous outpouring of service, fellowship, kindness, compassion, love, mercy, hope and provisions to those affected by the April 2011 tornado that took lives, homes and property; and others with financial difficulties. This ministry combines participation from many local churches, civic organizations, and out-of-town mission teams. We freely share our gifts, time, energy, and faith. We seek to let our words, thoughts, and deeds bring honor to God.
Description
The Wings of Grace Relief Center assists those in need of grocery items, household items, clothing & shoes, hygiene items and other items as they are donated to us. We never charge anyone for our services. We also do events such as: Back to School Event, Ice Cream Event, Prom Dress giveaway, Easter Event, Thanksgiving event, Christmas Event, as well as many other events. We also assist clients with their Spiritual needs by praying with and for them, providing literature for them, as well as devotional matterials for them. We assist those in their job process by assisting them with appropriate clothing for an interview. We need volunteers who can assist with processing donated items as they come in, wrapping gifts, assisting with special events, assisting clients by shopping with them, making toiletry bags, grocery bags, and preparing the center to assist clients on Thursdays. New hours are: MONDAYS-WEDNESDAYS 1:00-4:30 p.m. Assist clients: Thursdays ONLY 8:30a.m.-2:30 p.m.
