Do you have a warm smile and love to help people find the services they need? HopeWorks needs your help in assisting visitors, alumni, businesses, and clients who come and call our facility. Many people are seeking help in starting a new life, want to find ways to help the community, or just need assist in our services because we provide hope and job. As a Customer Service Specialist, you can help people become acquainted with our services and direct them to the appropriate staff member who can assist them. Your help is needed at least 2 hours a week during our operational hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. We would love see your smiling face at HopeWorks to greet and assist our customers.

Description
HopeWorks is a faith-based non-profit organization located in Memphis,TN. HopeWorks serves the under-resourced through Personal Career Development and Adult Education Classes. In the PCD classes, students have the opportunity to learn job readiness skills and character development. In the AE, students prepare to the GED test. HopeWorks has graduated over 1000 students since 1998 and continues to provide hope and a job in Shelby County.
