We at Boys and Girls Club believe in giving every kid a chance at a great future. You would be working with at risk youth one on one to creat an environment of trust and safety for the youth and giving them that chance. We need individuals that the kids can look up to and will be consistent in meeting with them. We ask for a commitment of one hour a week for the school year.
Location: Mentoring is happening at Franklin Elementary, Scera Park Elementary and Provo Clubhouse.
Hours: The different Locations hours will vary but for the most part volunteering will need to be done between 3 and 5 Monday through Friday.
We require an interview with our volunteer coordinator before you can start. At that interview we will need two forms of ID as well as your SSN for the background check. We also require a short training session that can be done online.
