Retired nurses needed to bring your compassion and expertise to volunteering with hospice patients and their families.
- Sit with a patient to give a caregiver a break to get out to do errands or just go for a walk to get refreshed.
- Be a companion volunteer to a patient in a facility.
- Volunteer in the office calling patients and families to assure we are meeting their needs.
The day and time of your visits are flexible to work around your schedules. Volunteer as little as 1 hour a week or up to 4 hours a week to make a difference in someones life. Assignments will be in close proximity to where you live or in locations you are comfortable driving to. Call or email for more information at 810-422-9453.
