We are looking for teacher assistants to help in classrooms with children from 6 weeks to 10 years. The job duties include caring for basic needs of children (feeding, diapering, toilet assiting, nurturing, etc) and assisting teachers. This position has potential to move into a paid part time position.

Description
We are a nonprofit, nonsectarian, State Licensed Day Care for ages 6 weeks to 10 years. We offer a before and after program for school aged children. Our mini-bus allows us to provide transportation to and from several area schools. During the summer we have a summer school aged program that has a wide variety of activities which includes field trips. The younger (ages 2 thru 5) children also enjoy taking the bus on small field trips. Our goal is to provide a stable enjoyable environment where children learn to: grow physically, socially, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually develop a good self-concept, self-liking, and self-understanding; learn there are others who care, be creative and explore the world around them
