This position is an AmeriCorps position with the AmeriCorps ACCESS Project. The ACCESS Project is based in Greensboro. This position is based in Durham at the host site of Durham County Library.
The Employment Facilitator & Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating on-going employment courses and recruiting & managing volunteers to assist with various programs offered by the library.
This position requires a 1700-hour service commitment over the course of 11 months. This position requires fluency in Spanish.

Description
Members are placed with partner agencies to do one or more of the following activities:
- Provide employment coaching and placement, volunteer recruitment and management, interpretation services, and disaster preparedness
- Provide ESOL, citizenship education, social services, case management, and related services to immigrant and refugees.
