A foster application in PDF format will be attached to an email you will receive. Please read, complete, date, and sign the foster application. Then, email your completed foster application to adoptions@citycritters.org or come in person with your application on the weekends from 2-5pm at either Petco (991 Second Avenue between 52nd-53rd Streets) or PetSmart (1107 Broadway at 24th Street).
We need people who live in areas easily accessible to Manhattan by pubiic transportation who are willing to house and care for homeless cats while they're up for adoption. All the cats been examined by a vet, spayed/neutered if age appropriate, tested for FIV and FeLV, and vaccinated.
We can work with your schedule if you travel frequently. We have needs for both short- and long-term foster homes.
Must be 18 years of ago or over and have the agreement of ALL members of the household. Thank you for fostering homeless cats!
