Meadowbrook Animal Sanctuary & Haven (MASH) is a 501c3 and would appreciate help with corral and pen cleaning, animal bathing (selected animals) and horse and donkey grooming. We can always use extra hands to work on general ranch / farm type chores.
We welcome teens looking to earn community service hours. MASH is open to teens on Saturday's from 9am-12pm. Teens under 18 yrs of age are required to be accompanied by an adult, and must have a liability waiver form on file with MASH. Please click "I Want To Help" to schedule a New Volunteer Tour with our Volunteer Committe.
MASH also holds group community service hours events. Watch for these events, they are posted separately on VolunteerMatch using the title "Community Service Hours - Be An Animal Lover Volunteer". These events are for groups, teams, etc., that like to work together on planned projects. If you are a coach or employer that would like your team to participate in a group event please click "I Want To Help".
We also have special programs for those volunteers who want to participate on a regular basis. Ask us about our Help Me Heal Program.

Meadowbrook Animal Sanctuary and Haven is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, care and placement of injured, crippled, abused and slaughter-bound horses and barnyard animals. Unlike traditional shelters that only focus on adoption, our mission is to provide lifetime care and sheltering for animals that while still able to lead a quality life, are unable to find homes due to chronic illnesses, old age, handicaps, and temperament issues.
