Do you type? Quickly? Accurately? Our Residential Program Director has a couple of awesome projects with you in mind! They are in need of someone to type up a few documents from the '80s into Word. You would work in our Winnetka office approximately 8 hours per week. Your schedule would be flexible.
Other awesome documentizing opportunities include: converting enewsletters into pdf's so that we can keep archives of them; organizing old photos so that they can be scanned; scan documents into the computer that have only been kept on paper up till now, and so much more!
Valley Village is the place where adults with developmental challenges thrive. We provide loving care for 400 adults in our 18 family-style homes and 3 therapeutic day programs. Be part of a great team of volunteers and staff!

Mission Statement
Valley Village has provided services for adults with developmental disabilities in the San Fernando Valley for nearly 50 years. Our mission is to protect, foster, develop and advance the rights and interests of people with developmental disabilities. We manage 18 group homes and 3 day programs across the San Fernando Valley and have a variety of programs where you can make a difference as a volunteer either at one of our sites, or on one of our community outings around Los Angeles County. Since 1971, Valley Village, a 501(c)3 organization, has been a leader in building transformative programs that raise the standard of care for all people with developmental disabilities in the San Fernando Valley. With over 48 years of proven successes, our hallmark approach to a continuum of care for adults with developmental challenges continues to be an effective model for providing dignity, respect, and personal empowerment.
