Operation Got Your Back assists our clients through their initial job searches. Our employment services comprise of assisting our clients with resume development, securing them job interviews through professional networking, and coaching them through interviews and applications. We also seek to teach our beneficiaries American cultural and social norms in order to smooth their transition process.
We are seeking volunteer job developers and employment counselors to help our clients find work in the United States.
Our employment placement goals are incredibly aggressive and we offer the best training available. We are seeking people with outgoing personalities who want to learn our employment outcomes model. We are not order takers, we contact employers and assess their needs and match our clients to those needs.
We do not have an office, rather we are a volunteer run organization.

Mission Statement
No One Left Behind helps Afghan and Iraqi translators gain their U.S. Special Immigration Visas and ensures that they are properly resettled in America. When our Afghan and Iraqi allies resettle in the US, they usually come with nothing more than the clothes on their back and whatever they can fit into one suitcase. We feel that given their profound service to our nation's military while at war, these interpreters deserve better than years of waiting on seldom delivered visas and almost no support in resettling in America.
Description
We help with immigration services to interpreters and translators who are being denied visas due to the bureaucratic red tape. We provide furnished apartments, modest financial support to help cover the weeks it can take before their social service benefits (food, medical, etc.) begin, and employment placement assistance. We also pair up newly arrived refugees with other Iraqis and Afghans who have successfully immigrated to the US -- to help smooth the transition.
