Volunteer needed to teach Junior Achievement's JA Career Success program to students at Lone Star High School.
Starting Monday, September 14 volunteer will teach seven consecutive Mondays ending November 2. Each Monday session lasts one hour from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
If you are unable to make one of the days just let us know and we can accommodate your schedule.
No teaching experience required! Our program staff will provide training and all materials needed to teach the lessons.
JA Career Success equips students with the knowledge required to get and keep a job in high-growth industries. Students will explore the crucial workplace skills employers seek but often find lacking in young employees. Students also will learn about valuable tools to find that perfect job, including resumes, cover letters, and interviewing techniques.
