Join Bristol Glen residents for their weekly bus trips into Newton and assist with their shopping at Shoprite, Weiss, Walmart, Kohls, etc.
The bus departs from Bristol Glen regularly on Tuesdays 9:15am; Tuesdays 1:30pm; and two Thursdays/month at 11:00am. Volunteers would report to Bristol Glen a half hour before the trip to assist with the departure, ride the bus, assist in the stores, ride back and assist with getting back off the bus. Entire commitment is about 2.5 hours. We are looking for volunteers to commit to a regularly scheduled shift so that residents are able to rely on assistance.
Some hours may need to be flexible.
