Herndon Senior Center is in need of a Handyman/woman to take on odd jobs and easy repair work. Example: replacing old brackets on over-the-door mirrors. Please consider this opportunity if you have some free time during the day and can lend a "handy" hand! This opportunity is flexible during weekdays.

The Fairfax Area Agency on Aging (AAA) serves older adults, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers in Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church. The goal of the AAA is to improve quality of life and promote independent living for older adults. We are a partnership of Department of Family Services, Neighborhood and Community Services and the Health Department.

Our mission is to support older adults and adults with disabilities in a variety of ways. We provide volunteer services to help people to remain in their own homes/communities and improve their quality of life.
