HarmonyCares Hospice is seeking a compassionate Volunteer to make phone calls on Thursday mornings. The Volunteer would make these "Tuck-In" calls to make sure each of our families has everything they need to get through the weekend. Calls would be very rewarding and take approximately two hours.

Description
The goal of Hospice care is for the patient to remain as comfortable and pain-free as possible during their illness. Another primary goal of HarmonyCares Hospice is to allow the patient to remain in their own home, or the home of a loved on through the end of life. Hospice care can also be provided in a long-term care facility or an assisted living facility. Our volunteers help us achieve this goal by providing additional support and companionship to the patient and their family members at a time when they need it the most.
