Our Senior Wellness Center needs someone to volunteer at the front desk 2 days a week 9am-2pm on flexible days Monday-Friday.
Volunteers will answer the phone, direct public as they come in, help set up for seminars and events.
Must be familiar with a computer and willing to be trained on our phone system.
Our Care Management office needs a volunteer to do data entry once a week into our system for transportation vouchers.
Volunteer services needs volunteers to do data entry, enter the phones and help with monthly program administration tasks.

Our primary goals is to assist our clients to remain independent through affordable transportation, nutrition, recreation, education, socialization, and in-home services. CSS is committed to being a catalyst for senior advocacy, volunteerism, and information resources for the elder population.
Description
Cobb Senior Services operates eight facilities in the county consisting of three neighborhood centers and five multipurpose centers. At the neighborhood centers, the seniors can get transportation, a lunch meal, and have planned activities and outings. The multipurpose centers offer a wide variety of classes, seminars and programs for the active senior. We offer referrals to other resources as necessary for in-home and other special care. Cobb Senior Services also sponsors the Senior Citizen Council, theEnrichment of Life Movement, and other organizations and projects to enrich the lives of our citizens.
