September is Hunger Action Month, when we focus a spotlight on the issue of hunger in Arizona and the United States. Like other spotlight months, Hunger Action Month has a signature color: ORANGE!
Please help us celebrate the many supporters of United Food Bank and it's mission, while we highlight this critical need through our annual Orange Ball event. The Orange Ball is a fun event with plated dinner, music, free raffle, and special program.
Work with other volunteers to prep 500 SWAG bags to be given away at the Orange Ball. Wear comfortable shoes. Requires standing for long periods of time. Open to volunteers 12 and up. Volunteers 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult; volunteers 16 and 17 must have provide a UFB waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
10 volunteers needed at United Food Bank's Nina Conference Room, Thursday 9/10/15, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Pre-registration is required.
