Have you wanted to help someone to reach self-sufficiency? Well you are empowered to do just that as a Career Counselor. As a career counselor, you are able to help lessen the homeless population by giving them the tools to become gainfully employed. You will be able to help our clients get prepared for the GED test, build a resume, learn how to dress and conduct themselves for interviews. Statistics have shown that those who have stable employment and income are less likely to become unhoused and by becoming a Career Counselor you will be a change agent. We are not asking you to have every last skill because if we work as a team we can continue to build up the client. We are also here to support you and give you the necessary tools to succeed in this position. This position is perfect for a college student or retired teacher. I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to read this position and look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
