Cords of Life Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower and improve under-served communities by offering services that assist them with the skills and support needed to improve their quality of life while moving them towards independence and self-sufficiency
Description
Cords of Life believes it is possible for a person to transcend their cultural conditioning and become productive members of society. We work with our clients to help them discover their life's vocation, calling, destiny and/or purpose. Our goal is not only to supply housing and social support, but to also restore the whole person: mind, body and spirit. We empower them with the tools they need to begin a journey of independence, self-improvement and self-sufficiency through several comprehensive services including: family support services, life skills training, job readiness training, GED programs, money management, counseling services, job retention and placement services and more.
