Join You're the Cure volunteers to advocate for heart healthy and stroke smart policies!
We need your help!
Join us at the San Angelo Heart Walk to help recruit new You're the Cure advocates and help distribute promotional items. We will begin at 7:30 am for set up and then meet with Heart Walk participants about our policies and ask them to sign up to join the You're the Cure network. With your help, we can build awareness of the nation's top killer - cardiovasular disease, and share the work that the American Heart Association is doing to fight heart disease and stroke.
