Move Your Feet Before You Eat! on Thanksgiving morning with the Move Your Feet Before You Eat Foundation at the PMCU O'side Turkey Trot. Our event donates more $35,000 every year back to schools and non-profits that service the Oceanside area.
We have a variety of volunteer jobs that start on Tuesday, November 24 and run through Thanksgiving morning. Pick and chose a shift that works best for you by signing up at osideturkeytrot.com/volunteer.
All volunteers will receive a shirt, snacks and community service hours.

Description
The Carlsbad-based Move Your Feet Before You Eat! Foundation was created to promote health and well being through incorporating regular physical fitness into daily life, utilizing education, special events, and instructive coaching. It is for all ages, but its sharpest focus is on encouraging physical activity among young people, who face an epidemic of lifestyle diseases such as diabetes that are an increasing threat, in part, because today's children aren't getting enough physical activity.
