Foster care is needed to help socialize animals and prepare them for their future home. Foster care can provide a second chance to an animal that may be temporily be viewed as unadoptable. Through care and nuturing, a temporary foster home can give an unwanted animal an opportunity to trust again and love again. Discarded animals feel lost and alone but, with the care and attention they recieve from a foster home, they begin to bloom and become eager to be a part a wonderful new family. We have short-term and long-term opportunities. We have opportunities for young kittens and puppies needing basic training. And we have opportunities for elder and special needs animals needing love and understanding. Please open your heart and home to an animal in need and please consider fostering. Description
We are a local animal welfare organization. We provide help for animals that are lost, unwanted, abandoned, mistreated or otherwise in need of assistance. Jasmine's Gift was founded in memory of a dear friend. Our testament to her is to foster the stewardship of all animals "because they matter". Stewardship ~ "The overseeing and protection of something considered worth caring for and preserving."
