The Relay For Life of Hancock County would like to begin a new fundraising event for the fall called "Stick a Fork in Cancer". The idea behind this new fundraiser is to get local restaurants participate by donating a portion of their sales for a night of their choice during a specified week. Heavy marketing and promotion will be needed. Participating restaurants will get their logos on all marketing for this event, as well as benefits for the Relay For Life event held in June 2016.
We need individuals who are creative, energetic, and organized to get this fundraiser up and running. Tasks can include restaurant outreach, PR/Marketing, and potential day of event help.

Description
Each year, more than 4 million people in over 20 countries raise much-needed funds and awareness to save lives from cancer through the Relay For Life movement. During a Relay event, participants and survivors celebrate what they've overcome. We remember people lost to the disease, and honor people who have fought or are fighting cancer. The event inspires Relay participants to take action against a disease that has taken too much.
