Our Hope Foundation serves ALL the seniors in over 50 counties! We receive so many questions that our clerical staff are just not capable to instruct properly. We need a retired Social Worker that would love to continue helping our Seniors just by answering questions and guiding them to the proper resouces.

Homestead Hospice is dedicated to our patients and their families. When someone you love is diagnosed with a life limiting illness, everything changes. We are here to guide you through this difficult journey so that you can spend quality time with your loved one.
Hospice care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance. However, care is provided regardless of ability to pay.
