Hospice Volunteers Needed!!!
Dickson County, we need you! Become a hospice volunteer & make a difference during the end-of-life experience.
Guardian Hospice in Franklin, TN has a Dickson location, so all volunteer training is held in Dickson.
At Guardian Hospice, our compassionate, qualified teams partner with community healthcare providers to deliver consistently exceptional care for patients & their families. We are CHAP accredited, holding us to the highest standards of care in the nation. And we are partnered with the "We Honor Veterans" program which is uniquely designed for those who have served our country.
We are looking for volunteers to provide patient care & support including:
- Talking
- Reading
- Singing
- Holding a hand
- Or just being present
As well as other opportunities including:
- Music therapy
- Massage therapy
- Craft-making
- Hair/nail services
Whether you have limited time or a flexible schedule, we have rewarding opportunities available. We will provide training & education, & we will always support you in your hospice volunteer journey!
