Once a month, the National Aviary hosts a special event weekend, highlighting a part of our avian collection. The special event has lots of extras for our visitors: crafts, games, story time, special bird apprearances, penguin parade, etc. We need an organized troubleshooter who will work with the staff to ensure that all activities are happening as planned. The coordinator should have excellent people and communication skills.
This person would volunteer from 10-3:30, once or two days per month.
