VCI Cyber-Seniors is an amazing opportunity to connect youth and young adult volunteers within the community with seniors seeking to learn the ins and outs of modern technology. Such topics will include electronic communication, social media platforms, and other savvy technological advancements that seniors may not have exposure to, or simply need that extra bit of help maneuvering. We are currently seeking youth and young adult volunteers to be our mentors and classroom instructors.

It is an eight week program, requiring two hours of volunteer dedication, one day a week from 9/14 to 11/2. A laptop will be provided for use in the classroom per each mentor/participant, and other various teaching materials. A required volunteer training class will take place the Saturday prior to the first session. Please consider dedicating your time and help us bring the modern world of technology to our local community of seniors.
