The Virginia Insurance and Counseling Assitance Program is Seeking Spanish- Speaking Health Insurance Counselors to assist Fairfax County residents with questions related to health insurance and Medicare. Volunteers are needed 4 hours/week on weekdays at the Pennino Building in Fairfax, VA. Previous health insurance and benefit/entitlement experience is required.

The Fairfax Area Agency on Aging (AAA) serves older adults, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers in Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church. The goal of the AAA is to improve quality of life and promote independent living for older adults. We are a partnership of Department of Family Services, Neighborhood and Community Services and the Health Department.

Our mission is to support older adults and adults with disabilities in a variety of ways. We provide volunteer services to help people to remain in their own homes/communities and improve their quality of life.
